Personal: Dr. Nicastro enjoys an exciting life with her husband and teenage boy/girl twins.  She and her husband enjoy finding all the cool free stuff to do with their kids on any given weekend (when they aren’t already busy with their kids’ extracurricular activities).  She is an occasional runner that enjoys techy stuff and office supplies.  She is also very passionate about pediatrics and loves being gifted the opportunity to help your children grow up healthy and happy.
